PreventivOk Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms govern the use of PreventivOk. To create or continue using an account after a material update, the user must take an explicit acceptance action. The Privacy Policy at https://preventivok.com/privacy-policy/ is presented separately for acknowledgement and is not contractual or marketing consent.
2. Description of the Service
PreventivOk allows users to:
Create custom quotations using price list items or free text fields
Save, edit, and manage quotations and client data
Generate PDF files
Synchronize data across devices in paid versions
Use Poki, the integrated AI assistant, with an active Premium plan and separate voluntary activation
Features and availability may vary depending on the selected plan.
3. User Account
Access to all features may require creating an account via email or Apple/Google login.
The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity under their account.
4. Plans and Subscriptions
The App offers a free plan and paid plans. New subscriptions are available exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; PreventivOk offers no web checkout. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the store terms, and users manage subscriptions through their Apple or Google account. Cancellation prevents future renewal but normally preserves the paid plan until the current period actually expires. Only then does the account move to Basic or another system plan. PreventivOk does not directly manage cards, payment methods, disputes or store refunds. The React website may describe plans and features but cannot sell them.
4.1 Quotation limits
Current limits are: Basic, 3 quotations; Advanced, 120 quotations per annual period; Premium, no configured numerical limit. An annual period means 12 months from the first paid Advanced or Premium subscription. Changing plan does not delete existing quotations and only changes the ability to create new ones. The applicable count and effective features are shown in the App.
5. Intellectual Property
Content, logos, text, graphics and App code are owned by Augello Antonio or licensed to him. Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution or use is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service may experience interruptions, errors or changes. To the extent permitted by law, Augello Antonio is not liable for indirect, not reasonably foreseeable harm caused by misuse or unavailability. Mandatory liabilities and rights, including applicable consumer protections, remain unaffected. Users must verify documents and keep copies needed for their activity.
7. Changes to the Terms
Augello Antonio may update these Terms for legal, technical or service developments, publishing a version and effective date.
Material changes are shown to the user and require explicit, versioned acceptance before access to core functions. Continued use alone does not replace that action.
8. Account Termination
Users may request account deletion in the App or through support. Augello Antonio may suspend or close an account for violations, abuse or service risks, subject to applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the venue required by mandatory rules; in other cases jurisdiction is determined under applicable law. Any contractual choice of venue requires separate legal validation.
11. Proper Use of the Service
Users must use PreventivOk in compliance with law and these Terms. Fraudulent or illegal use, damage to the system and attempts to bypass plan limits are prohibited. Augello Antonio may restrict or suspend access in response to abuse or a concrete risk.
12. Multiple Account Restrictions
Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited. Augello Antonio may use proportionate measures to prevent this conduct and suspend involved accounts, subject to applicable law.
13. Responsibility for Quotation Content
Users are responsible for entered data, including prices, descriptions, tax information and client data, and must have the required legal basis and authorisations. PreventivOk provides technical tools but does not certify legal, tax or accounting correctness. Information must be checked before use or delivery.
14. Payments Between Users and Clients
PreventivOk is a quotation-management tool and does not mediate or guarantee payments between users and clients. Financial agreements and disputes remain between those parties; Augello Antonio is not a party to their transactions.
15. Data Storage
PreventivOk allows users to store and manage data and documents. Augello Antonio uses reasonable availability and recovery measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Users must verify data and keep necessary copies. Deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
